Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains the terms of the warranty certificate for repair services performed by our partner workshops.
Coverage
Partner workshops provide a warranty on repairs for 6 months from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" of 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII.
Limitations and Exclusions
- Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Devices with altered or removed serial numbers.
