We coordinate requests, share information and help arrange diagnostics and repairs through partner workshops. All repair, maintenance and diagnostic work is carried out by independently owned and operated workshops.

Estimates, timelines and diagnostic findings are indicative only. They may change after physical inspection, parts availability checks or further testing, and they may vary between workshops.

No guarantee of outcomes

KOLO does not guarantee any repair outcome, completion date or final price. Partner workshops are separate legal entities and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

Legal framework

Information is provided in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII of 02.10.1992.

Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Cookies and similar technologies are used under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020. Advertising is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
